How do I enter what I actually did on a particular day?
TRACER is designed to give you some flexibility with what exactly you choose to do for your training. Friends going for a long run and you want to join them? Maybe a local road running group is doing a workout that you'd like to try. No problem!
Reporting your actual workouts allows TRACER to more accurately modify your training calendar, just like a real coach would. When you do something different than what was assigned, just let the app know. It won't judge you, it will quietly recalculate what your coach thinks you should do going into the future.
That said, we feel strongly that being compliant to your coach's recommendation will lead to the best results, but don't let it control your life! You're doing this for fun, after all.
